I General Information:
1. Who can use Wootag services?
Users above 18 years of age with IOS and Android devices can use WOOTAG services
2. Wootag features
a. Record videos upto 30s and create an expression inside the video
b. Tag yourself from your social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and also your friends inside the videos.
c. Tag any web links associated to the video like maps, blogs, and productpages from any ecommerce sites etc.
d. Create your private group upto 150 connections.
e. Enable videos to be displayed only for their private group or their followers or public which can be viewed by anyone.
f. Interact with the video with the people, place or product tagged inside the video.
3. Finding friends
a. Users can find their friends from suggested users which contains list of people in Wootag or from social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Google+ and can invite them to access Wootag.
b. To find your friends, go to my page.
c. Tap Discover more people
d. see the list of suggested users and tap on the + icon to add
4. Sharing on social networks
a. Users can share their videos via Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and also via emails.
To share your videos, record the video by pressing the red button, once done tap the social network tab on which you want to share. Click publish and you videos will be shared. Search your friends on the right hand side and tap on their name, to share it with private friends.
II FAQs
1. How to create an account?
a. Users can registerWOOTAG by providing their mail Id and selecting username and password.
b. Users can also sign in via their FB or Google+ account.
2. How to create Tags?
a. Create tags before uploading the video or after the video is uploaded.
b. To create a tag during the video, click on the tag tool at top of the video player.
c. Tags can also be created after the video is uploaded by playing the video and tapping on the tag on top of the player anytime during the video.
3. Account Settings
a. You could access your account details via settings and are able to edit your profile.
b. Access push notifications, sharing accounts via settings.
To edit your profile settings, tap the left hand top button and go to settings. Tap settings and go to desired category to change your account setting.
4. Creating a profile
a. To create your profile and personalize it, tap the settings icon on the right hand side on your background image under mypagesetting.
b. Mandatory information for profiles are Email ID, Username and Password.
c. Optional information for Profiles which users can add are Website, Bio, Gender, Mobile No
5. Finding new people or videos on WOOTAG
You can find new and popular videos on Wootag by going to the browse section. It contains the top videos posted and you can search for your favorite videos.
6. Setting your posts private
a. After recording and before uploading the video you will get options for decide the display of your posts.
b. Enable the video to be displayed only for private group or only your followers or public as you wish.
c. Forchanging video display type anytime, tap by checking the access permission below their video info through the mobile app.
7. View and posting comments
a. Users can view videos and comment on it.
b. Private videos can only be viewed and commented by connections in their private group
c. To view any video uploaded by you or your followers go to Home or Browse page. To comment on any video simply go to home page and comment by tapping the icons below the videos.
8. Trouble shooting
a. Unable to log in
In case you are unable to log in ensure that your password is correct. You can request a new password by tapping in to the icon for that. You might also like to try the following:
Log in with a different browser
Check the user name is entered correct
Clear browser cache
b. Forgot Password
In case you forgot your password click on the Forgot Password link and an email shall be sent to you on your registered email id to reset your password.
To change or reset you password otherwise, go to settings and under my profile tap change password
c. What do I do if I do not receive email for forgot password?
Please recheck the email you have registered with us and also check your spam folders. In case you are sure that the email id is correct and you have still not received the mail, contact your email service providers to enable all emails from WOOTAG server to yours.
d. Account Suspended
If case you see a message that your account is suspended it could be for investigating any complaints or hacking activities.It could also be due to your actions in violations of our terms of use and privacy policies or on receipt of any complaints against your conducts. In case you want to revive your account you will have to agree to delete all such videos and in future not carry out such actions.
e. Account Hacked
In case you feel that your account has been hacked make us a request for new password and with new password reset your email address. If you still face problems write to us at contact@wootag.com
9. Deleting a video
To delete a video you have uploaded tap on the ….icon below the video and tap delete options.
III Reporting Complaints :
In order to report complaints either on your behalf or on behalf of a legal company, contact us at contact@wootag.com, alternatively
a. To report any video click on the video property through the app and users can send the report.
b. In case of any complaint received, we may first inquire into correctness of the same and request you any further information. If we find merit in your complaint, we may take steps towards removal of the objected content.
c. Share and send feedbacks via accessing the quick link icon at the top left hand corner.
